My name is Laurel and I'm 18 years old. I'm making this because I've recently made the change to a vegetarian diet. This journal is a way to keep track of what I'm eating and make sure that I'm getting enough of all the good stuff!
I'll try to include pictures sometimes, if my food is especially pretty!
